RETURN POLICY

1. General Provisions

This Return Policy sets out the procedures for returns, refunds, and dispute resolution for transactions conducted through the Platform.

The Platform provides software-based infrastructure and information services for listing and concluding transactions between Users. It operates as an online marketplace enabling interaction between Buyers and Sellers.
The Platform is not a party to the sales contract and does not act as a seller or manufacturer of goods.

Return conditions depend on:

  • Transaction type (International / Domestic / Installment Purchase)

  • Contract terms

  • Applicable jurisdiction

  • Product category


2. B2B2C – International Contracts

Governing Principle:
All international transactions are governed by the individual contract concluded between the Buyer and the Seller via the Platform.

Return Conditions:
Returns are handled in accordance with the terms of the contract concluded between the Buyer and the Seller.

Secure Transaction / Escrow Model:

  • Funds may be held until acceptance confirmation.

  • In case of dispute, funds remain on hold until resolution.

  • The Platform may request supporting documentation or independent inspection.

3. B2B2C – Domestic Contracts

Consumer Transactions (B2C Component):

  • Buyers may be entitled to return goods within statutory periods under local consumer laws.

  • Goods must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • Certain categories (custom goods, perishables, digital or personalized items) may not be returnable.

  • The Seller bears full responsibility for product quality, compliance, and warranty obligations.

Commercial Transactions (B2B Component):

  • Returns are governed strictly by contract.

  • No automatic right of withdrawal applies unless expressly stated.


4. Installment Purchases

Legal Structure:
The installment agreement is separate from the sales contract. The Platform does not act as the seller and does not assume responsibility for product quality, warranties, or return policies.

Offline Purchases Abroad:

  • Returns or exchanges through the Platform are not available.

  • Buyers may negotiate directly with the foreign Seller.

  • The Platform bears no responsibility for product quality or returns.

  • Buyers must inspect and collect goods from the Seller.

  • All installment payment obligations rest entirely with the Buyer.

Online Purchases in Kazakhstan or From Kazakhstan:

  • Returns and exchanges follow Kazakhstan legislation.

  • Seller is responsible for product quality and compliance.

  • Delivery is carried out by the Seller (self-pickup, courier, logistics) or by the Platform, depending on the Buyer’s choice and the terms specified in the product listing.

  • Available delivery methods are described in the product listing.

  • Upon confirmed return, the installment balance is adjusted and the refund is processed by the Seller.


5. Dispute Resolution

Disputes may be resolved through:

  • Platform internal dispute mechanism

  • Mediation

  • Arbitration or competent court per contract law

The Platform may temporarily suspend transactions during investigations.


6. Non-Returnable Goods

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • Custom-manufactured goods

  • Personalized items

  • Perishables

  • Opened sealed products

  • Digital products or activation keys


7. Refund Processing

Refund timelines depend on:

  • Payment method

  • Banking processing time

  • Completion of dispute review

The Platform is not responsible for delays caused by banks, customs, or third-party services.
